	Attendants in each locker room to maintain cleanliness throughout the day, administer towels and lockers, and to oversee our members' needs.
	Separate men's and women's jacuzzis and saunas.
	Personalized lockers with name plates available.
	For your convenience and enjoyment our locker rooms include many amenities like hair dryers, deodorant, hairspray, body wash, and fresh flowers.
	Day use lockers are provided free of charge.
	Towel service is available.

Cardio Theater We're the only club in Fresno that has this unique audio and visual experience! What is Cardio Theater? The Cardio Theater system allows you to listen to the TV or radio right through your own headphones while you're working out on the cardiovascular equipment.  You just plug in, select one of eight TV's screens or 4 radio stations and that's it. You'll be able to watch TV while you workout on the treadmills, stair machines, bikes, Nordic track, or elliptical trainers and hear everything clearly through your headphones. Our members tell us they have doubled their cardio time since we've installed the Cardio Theater system.
Outdoor Jogging Track Enjoy our cushioned, 2-lane jogging track. The track is 1/6 mile and winds around a park like setting that includes a view of the tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool. We invite you to walk or jog at your own pace and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as you wander through the beautiful grounds of the Club.
Outdoor Pool Our Jr. Olympic size outdoor pool is available for us during our regular business hours.
Indoor Heated Pool Our indoor pool is heated year round for your enjoyment. The indoor pool is conveniently located next to our locker rooms for easy access. Join in our daily water exercise classes for an excellent overall workout, or just enjoy a swim on your own. The pools are available for use during regular business hours.
Men's & Women's Jacuzzis Our locker rooms are equipped with jacuzzis and saunas. Enjoy a relaxing jacuzzi or sauna in the comfort and privacy of the locker room.
